Gamification by Gamixter · Integration

How Gamification by Gamixter connects.

One JS snippet on your frontend and server-to-server events from your backend. Gamification by Gamixter runs the mechanic logic, reward calculation and player-facing UI on its side, and nothing changes in your game stack.

What your team connects.

One snippet on your frontend

The widget renders every active mechanic on your site.

Events from your backend

Player activity, sent as it happens. Player ID only, no personal data.

Triggers from your CRM or backend

Your conditions decide the moment. Gamification by Gamixter runs the mechanic.

Rewards credited by you

Gamification by Gamixter reports the win. Your platform pays from your own bonus catalog.

Path to live.

  1. 1

    Get access

Your team gets the admin panel and the client documentation.
  2. 2

    Embed the widget

One JS snippet on the pages where mechanics should appear.
  3. 3

    Send events

Your backend reports player activity as it happens.
  4. 4

    Configure triggers

Set up mechanics and triggers in the admin panel.
  5. 5

    QA on staging

Run the full loop, including on real mobile devices.
  6. Go live

Mechanics switch on for your players. The date is agreed with your VOKO manager.

Two integration patterns.

Through your CRM

Platform → CRM → Gamification by Gamixter

Best for teams already using Customer.io, Optimove, or similar. Your CRM keeps deciding when a player qualifies; Gamification by Gamixter launches the mechanic when the campaign fires a trigger.

  1. 1Platform shares player activity with your CRM, as it does today
  2. 2CRM decides the moment, using your existing conditions
  3. 3The campaign fires a trigger for that player
  4. 4Gamification by Gamixter runs the mechanic; your platform credits the reward
Direct

Platform → Gamification by Gamixter

Minimal latency, no CRM dependency. Player events go straight to Gamification by Gamixter; all mechanic logic runs on our side.

  1. 1Platform sends key player events to Gamification by Gamixter as they happen
  2. 2Each operator’s data is kept isolated
  3. 3Your backend fires a trigger when its condition is met
  4. 4Gamification by Gamixter calculates the result; your platform credits the reward

Three ways to start a mechanic.

A trigger

Fired from your CRM or backend.

Your own button

A button in your own UI opens the mechanic.

The floating widget

Opens mechanics without extra work on your side. Works on mirror domains with one configuration.

From a CRM campaign to a mechanic.

If a campaign in your CRM can call an external service, it can launch a mechanic. Add the trigger step once and reuse it in every campaign, with no dev tickets after go-live.

Triggered

Five deposits in one day

Open a Fortune Wheel with free spins as the reward.

Triggered

First deposit after a quiet spell

Show a reactivation reward the moment the player comes back.

Always-on

Daily return loop

Daily Claimer and Missions give players a reason to open the site between campaigns.

What you prepare.

Nothing in your game stack changes. Access to the admin panel, your keys and the exact integration steps come with onboarding.
  • A developer who can add a script to your frontend and send events from your backend.
  • A stable player ID that your frontend, backend and CRM all share.
  • The bonuses you want to use as prizes, as they exist in your own platform.
  • A place in your backend that credits the reward when Gamification by Gamixter reports a win.
  • A staging environment to run the full flow before launch.

When a player asks about a reward.

Most tickets come down to four checks. Here is where each answer lives.

The Events log in the Gamification by Gamixter admin panel lists the events received from your platform.
Always-on mechanics show only what the player’s profile and segments allow. If segments on your side are out of date, so is what the player sees.
A triggered mechanic opens in the live session. If the player was offline, it can open on the next session, depending on configuration.
Gamification by Gamixter does not pay out. It tells your platform which bonus to credit, and your platform credits it. The bonus record and its wagering live in your back office. Setup guides are in the client documentation.
